I will come to your location and design a program personalized to your needs. You will receive personal attention and one-on-one instruction. I will provide support and motivation for you and help you to reach your goals in a safe and efficient manner. You will learn how to maximize aerobic exercise for the greatest effectiveness. You will learn to do strength-training exercises in a way that is safe and most beneficial to you.
1/2 hour session $40* 1 hour session $50*
1-hour session for two people working out together $50*
